At The Cindy Collection, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website or promotions for current free shipping thresholds.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
